New Contract Position: Operations and Marketing Executive
Expert Property Managers Pvt., Ltd. (EPM), is a pioneering professional property
management company in Sri Lanka that has been operating since 2017. EPM has been
steadily growing, even during the recent economic downturn, and it is well positioned to
capture a significant market share in the country as we slowly recover. A customer focused
vision with a leadership team that brings in expertise in international real estate sales,
property management, labor management, and IT, has paved the path for the company to
thrive in this up-and-coming business sector in Sri Lanka.
We are looking for a dynamic person to help us with our operations and marketing
activities. This role will require to directly communicate with landlords, tenants, outside
service providers, and coordinate different aspects of operations of property management.
You will need to travel to different properties within short notice and take charge of
emergency breakdowns or other situations and provide quick solutions. Routine visits to
properties and preparing detailed condition reports will be a requirement as well.
Furthermore, you will be tasked with answering calls (i.e. from tenants, landlords, and
potential clients), maintaining and creating content for marketing platforms (i.e. EPM
Facebook page, Instagram, website, etc.), capturing and editing photographs of properties
for advertisements, creating advertisements and publishing those in different
platforms/websites, etc.
In order to thrive in this position, you will need the following skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication in English and Sinhala/Tamil
- Ability to drive/ride (i.e. car/motorbike)
- Excellent time management skills
- High proficiency in managing social media platforms
- High proficiency in photography and photo editing
This position is ideal for someone interested in developing a career in professional property
management. As a part-time position, you can earn extra income while gaining valuable
experience in this up-and-coming field in Sri Lanka.
Salary/Compensation:
Rs. 30,000 to 50,000 per month for 20 hours/week. Salary negotiable based on experience
and qualifications.
